The Kunkpe residence in Anlo-Afiadenyigba is a 7 bedroom family home constructed around a central living space with a cathedral ceilings. In a current state of renovation, three, five x five metre bedrooms on the top floor are available for visitors. Each has a king size bed, tiled floor and fly screens. In future these rooms will have their own bathrooms. The home has a modern drop style toilet and outdoor shower area using water drawn from the family well.

- Electricity supply can be erratic as is common throughout Ghana. The home has a simple solar system installed to provide light and telephone charging during blackout
